AI LABS- user RESEARCH/product STRATEGY
Qualitative research engagement to understand the needs of current and potential clients of financial advisors. Led the research program and helped develop a product vision focusing on facilitating communication and engagement between FA’s and their clients.
Design Process Toolkit
Worked with the product and design team to create a living process playbook to establish internal best practices in design research, information architecture, interaction and visual design. Led the delivery for all UX focused design materials.
fictiv enterprise accounts - product design
Led research and design to transform Fictiv’s product experience from a single user based system to a tiered account structure in order to serve the needs of enterprise level organizations.
BLUMIO - user RESEARCH/ux design
Designed a mobile dashboard mvp concept that allowed patients to track real time data of their blood pressure readings. Blumio was part of the Highway One accelerator program and is the first wearable device to collect BP readings continuously through radar.
REPAIR CLINIC -visual identity / product design
Leveraged research to inform the brand direction and brand voice of Repair Clinic. Worked with Senior Visual Designers to deliver the new front end design. Created hi-fidelity prototypes and maintained the design system and style guide.
fictiv operations - research / service design
Applied service design methodologies to identify pain-points and opportunities across Fictiv’s manufacturing operations. Mapped human, digital and physical interactions through deliverables such as service blue-prints, journey maps and personas to drive a shared understanding with stakeholders and leadership.
REPAIR CLINIC - user research/IA/taxonomy
Assisted in the completion of a multi-phase digital transformation effort centered around the overhaul and redesign of the RepairClinic online mobile, tablet and desktop experience. Worked with our product team to deliver the new IA and UX for the site.
fictiv for teams - product design
Owned the end to end design execution of Fictiv’s first team collaboration tool. As lead designer, I helped define and package the initial product offering, developed onboarding and researched new areas of opportunity for collaboration on the platform.

Leading end to end research and design for a new inventory management tool on Fictiv’s e-commerce platform— enabling customers to reorder parts and understand manufacturing history over time.
